Hello, as a senior student, I am very happy to share with you my work experience in the functional department of Yuanpei College of Shaoxing University. Yuanpei College is a college that pays attention to cultivating talents' literacy and whole-person education, and its functional departments also embody this concept.

As a member of the functional department, I am mainly responsible for assisting the student union and other organizations to carry out activities, organizing and participating in various activities such as literature and art, sports and voluntary service, and providing corresponding services and guidance for students. In this process, I deeply realized that while helping others, I am also exercising and improving myself.

At work, our team atmosphere is very relaxed and happy. Everyone is basically young people. We are not only serious and responsible in our work, but also very concerned about and help each other in our lives. The preparation and holding of each activity not only makes students feel the warmth and care of the college, but also enhances the cohesion and sense of belonging of our team.

In my opinion, the work of functional departments is not only to achieve the goal of "holding activities", but more importantly, to cultivate and improve students' comprehensive ability and literacy through these activities, so that they can become better themselves.
