1. If the administrator of the education department forgets the account password, he can call the platform staff to reset it;

2. The school administrator forgot the account password, please contact the person in charge of the higher education department to find the reset;

3. The class teacher forgot the account password, please contact the school administrator to find the reset;

4. If the student forgets the account password, please use the "Forgotten Password" function to find it yourself or contact the class teacher to find the reset.

How to delete/cancel an account?

1. Students (parents) contact the class teacher/school administrator for operation. Operation path of school administrator: log in to the webpage, enter the column of "Management System-My Account-Account Management-View Student Account", select the student account, and click Delete to cancel the account;

2. Contact the platform staff through the consultation telephone number 200-605-6508 to assist in deletion/cancellation.
