We often hear requests for publishing CN publications and ISSN publications. Many people think that this is a periodical level, but it is not. Here, CN and ISSN are the issue numbers of periodicals, which are similar to the ID numbers of periodicals. This number conforms to the regulations of the place of issue. Where it is issued, it will correspond to the serial number.

The so-called CN publications refer to publications registered in China and publicly distributed in China. The serial numbers of these publications are all marked with the letter CN, and people are used to calling them CN publications.

In fact, basically most periodicals have double serial numbers, which means they are distributed at home and abroad. It's hard to find only CN or ISSN. So don't send CN or ISSN publications next time. Basically, regular journals have these two numbers, and there are few single numbers.
