Mr Mu Cha. Taizhou Millennium Cultural Man was put forward by Mr. Qian Mu, a famous historian and educator in China. Mr. Qian Mu is from Taizhou, Zhejiang. In his book "Outline of National History", he deeply studied and expounded the history and culture of Taizhou Prefecture, and mentioned many cultural celebrities in the history of Taizhou Prefecture, including the saying that "all the streets are literate people".
