The training log is mainly about the feelings, experiences and gains of participating in the national training. It is the learning record of the students in the training process. The following is the national training log I brought to you, hoping to help you!

Article 1: National Journal of Training and Research

The temperature drops suddenly, the cold wind bursts, and autumn really comes. Today started the first day of "Seed Workshop Training". My heart is full of expectations.

There were a few surprises at the opening ceremony: First, I didn't expect Dean Li to be a woman-I often heard that Dr. Li from XX Teachers College was quite good. He had already sketched a portrait for Dean Li in his mind: a middle-aged man in his forties, of medium height, with plain appearance but sharp eyes, low voice but profound insights, who could attract people as soon as he opened his mouth. Therefore, when I saw a middle-aged woman with a somewhat masculine temperament in the hall and asked us if we should apply for classes, she was regarded as another woman with a well-known name-Teacher Luo XX, a primary school Chinese teaching and research researcher at XX Normal University. After being formally introduced to the leaders on the stage, I couldn't help laughing. I remembered the knowledge classification that President Zhang of Nankai Middle School said today. He said that knowledge can be divided into three categories: one is what you know; Second, you don't know; Third, you don't know what you don't know. Let me think about Dean Li and Teacher Luo XX. For me, they belong to the kind of knowledge that "you don't know what you don't know".

The second thing I didn't expect was that in the eyes of leaders, the national training has such a heavy weight. In recent years, national training is nothing new. And it was named "rural primary and secondary schools" from the beginning. Although I come from the countryside, I still think that the level of things related to "countryside" will not be very high, so I have a wait-and-see attitude towards this training more or less. Although some colleagues spoke highly of the national training project undertaken by XX Teachers College before, saying that it was the best in Chongqing and famous all over the country, I still hold the idea of watching it later. I was shocked when Director Li XX recited his handwritten speech emotionally. Unexpectedly, in the eyes of leaders, this training focused not only on the participating teachers, but also on the team that the participating teachers will lead in the future, which was promoted to a height related to the future of Chongqing education. In the past, there was always some prejudice against leaders in charge of education at all levels, thinking that they generally paid more attention to the prosperity of education than to education itself. It seems that I was wrong.

The third is related to Dean Li-I didn't expect Dean Li XX to be so "talented": sharp thinking, sharp words, a set of theories, a case by case, easy to understand, handy, humorous, laughing and cursing, open-minded and cheerful; Although the word "new" occasionally pops up in my mind, this "new" is not the same as "new". Li XX should have a high degree of "newness", "newness" should have grace and "newness" should have style. I like it!

Dean Li read a lot, and casually recommended to us such books as "The Elite of Cave Testing", "You are the Captain", "Craftsman Spirit", "Luxury Attitude" and "Wen Xin Diao Long". There are countless quotations from famous philosophers, but they are not ostentatious. Other people's words come out of her mouth as naturally as originality. Yes, pursuing higher life goals, reading a lot of books, being good at observing and thinking, being diligent in reflection, never stopping writing, daring to think, dare to say and dare to do, not afraid of challenges, and facing difficulties ... It is these excellent qualities that make Li stand out!

"The way to Disneyland is made by tourists themselves." "There are a thousand reasons why you don't want to do it, and there are also a thousand ways to do it well." "A good life needs planning." Dean Li's words are still ringing in my ears. I think it must be very happy that you came!

Chapter 2: National Journal of Training and Research.

The teacher who gave us a lesson this morning was Mr. Zhang Faguang, vice president of XX Middle School.

Teacher Zhang has no lecture notes and ppt, so naturally he doesn't need a computer. It's just that the traditional "chalk+blackboard" has become "oily pen+whiteboard", which has something to do with modern technology.

Because there is no lecture, the content of President Zhang's lecture seems a little scattered, and it is difficult for the audience to sort out their ideas. But because of its "scattered", President Zhang's classroom is also full of tension. Years of teaching experience have made his lectures freely available. No matter how far the "net" is spread, he can accept it if he wants, and it is easy. Because I didn't read the manuscript according to the script, many interesting and philosophical words popped out of the teacher's mouth, which made people think.

Record pearls and jade in some languages so that you can chew them slowly in the future:

The sense of superiority does not come from money, status or honor, but from lack of knowledge and compassion. Life is like catkins, falling in different places, without pride.

Simplicity is the soul of wisdom.

Epiphany is the bud of innovation. It is the flash of his wisdom to let students speak freely in class. If students are not allowed to raise their hands to speak, they will not be able to reveal what they don't know, and their epiphany will be buried.

Education has its own suitable time. If you miss this opportunity, you may never learn it again.

Misuse of time is more costly than not using time; Children with wrong education are farther away from wisdom than children without education.

Education is to provide unlimited possibilities for children's development.

Two fulcrums of teaching-teaching what? How to teach?

Why learn Chinese? -To meet the needs of communication and exchange; Grasp the needs of the world (people grasp the world through language, and we know the world through one word after another, that is, concepts); Improve your needs (pay attention to the standardization and accuracy of self-expression, and you will make continuous progress)

What is culture-there is no need to change it forcibly.

Most celebrities have a lot of childhood endorsements and rich language accumulation, so they have something to think about. People who are good at thinking will have unique opinions, and this uniqueness makes them famous.

The reward and punishment system is conducive to the formation of values.

Schools should and can only do two things: open the world of experience and develop abstract ability. If there is a third thing to do, it is to leave blank.

Just record it here.

In the afternoon, Professor Li Xuerong from chongqing university of education gave a lecture entitled "Debugging Teachers' Mental Health". Different from the way of President Zhang in the morning, the young professor Li's lecture mainly focuses on playing ppt, and also has interactive communication with students. Although some viewpoints are not novel and some examples are well known, Professor Li's calmness, self-confidence and humor are a kind of charm, which makes people involuntarily follow her ideas and be attracted by her classes.

Although Professor Li's outline is very clear, what really attracts everyone is the lotus flowers in different languages that come out of the teacher's mouth instead of hitting the screen. Pick a few branches for acacia:

Teachers' unhealthy mentality will directly lead to students' psychological barriers, and more than 70% of students' psychological barriers belong to teachers' psychological barriers.

To solve the subject, solve the students first.

Neglect is the greatest harm. The student's poor performance is related to the teacher's attitude towards him; The student's love for the teacher urges him to study hard. Keeping a distance from the parties helps to make rational judgments. Losing your temper is instinct, and controlling it is skill. What begins with anger often ends with humiliation. Inner peace and indifference are the secrets of lasting happiness. Reading can relieve 72% of stress. The more limited knowledge, the clearer right and wrong; The more you know, the broader your mind will be. You can't play with intelligence in interpersonal relationships. Five elements of interpersonal relationship: nodding, smiling, listening, responding and taking notes. While expressing your own views, you should also defend the positions of others.

There is nothing wrong with the world itself. What is wrong is the way we look at the world.

Yes, change the way we see the world, and we will have a different life!

Article 3: National Journal of Training and Research

This morning, Zhang XX, editor of Today's Education Magazine, gave the students professional writing training, focusing on what to write and how to write.

Teacher Zhang XX's lecture really benefited me a lot. First of all, the conceptual differences between teachers' professional writing and leisure writing, work writing and literature writing are clarified: teachers' professional writing is reflective and research-oriented writing that finds, analyzes and solves problems based on educational and teaching problems; The second is to make clear what aspects professional writing can start from; Third, have a general understanding of the basic writing methods of various styles. Although I have the habit of writing a lot over the years, I always write casually and without rules. Of course, it's not that there is an overwhelming stream of ideas, but that I don't know how to write at all and have so much attention. In Mr. Zhang XX's technical terms, I just don't have the consciousness of teachers' professional writing. Teacher Zhang XX mentioned that teachers should have seven kinds of professional writing consciousness, namely: the consciousness of asking questions-choosing valuable research topics; Readers' sense of orientation-knowing who to show it to; Literature review consciousness-check whether others have research; Structural planning consciousness-the whole idea before writing the article; Highlights refine consciousness-combine with reality to attract readers; Consciousness of material integration-collecting and sorting out writing materials; Standardization consciousness of writing-standardization of language and article format.

In the future, I will know what I am writing before I start writing, just like at the moment, I am writing about my learning experience, not the teacher's professional writing.

After listening to teacher Zhang XX's lecture, there is always a question in my mind: Why does the teacher write?

I know that some teachers write only to win prizes, contribute and publish, because they have to evaluate their professional titles. Utilitarian writing will inevitably bring many problems: for example, it is worthless without solving practical problems in education and teaching, and even leads to academic corruption such as plagiarism, winning prizes through relationships, and spending money to publish articles. This writing is really useless.

Of course, we would like to believe that most teachers write for a good purpose: to summarize their own educational and teaching experience for others to learn from; Put forward my own thoughts on the current educational and teaching phenomena and promote educational reform; Record the wonderful moments at work and share the happiness of education. This kind of writing is good for people and themselves, and it is worth doing.

Further thinking about myself, why do I write? Looking back on these years, I should have written hundreds of thousands of words: essays on daily life, travel notes, writing with students at the same time, and writing class stories for one year, not counting many after-school reflections, work plans and experience exchanges. I wrote these contents not to complete the task, because no one assigned such a task, but because I wanted to write.

Might as well analyze your writing motivation:

Writing essays on daily life was a few years ago. When I am happy and depressed, I feel uncomfortable, so I wrote them.

The same is true of writing travel notes. Because I am not confident enough to pose for photos, I comfort myself that the best trip is to enjoy it with my eyes and feel it with my heart, which will last longer in my memory than in the camera. Therefore, in the process of traveling, I have more time to appreciate, feel and go home to sort out, which is also a kind of compensation for not leaving photos.

Personally, I think it is necessary to write a composition with students. Let's go back to the composition class. What should teachers do when students start writing? Think of yourself as a student: if the teacher walks around and guides, it will definitely interfere with the students' thoughts; If you sit at the desk and correct your homework, you will scan the audience with sharp eyes from time to time, and some students who have difficulty in writing will be afraid and will not write. Co-writing between teachers and students has many advantages: first, it does not affect students, and they write their own stories without interference; The second is to demonstrate to students. Teachers sometimes meditate and sometimes wave at the podium, which will drive students to enter the writing state quickly; Thirdly, teachers and students will concentrate on writing at the same time, which will produce a powerful "field", which will easily make students enter the peak experience state and greatly improve the writing efficiency; Fourth, teachers and students practice synchronously, and teachers will directly observe the difficulties of students in practice, so as to give more effective guidance in time. Therefore, I often write with students and succeed with them.

September 20 1 1 year, I entered my graduation year of 20 12 students. For six years, I wanted to leave some messages for these students, so I began to write class stories. Three or five articles a week, lasting until June 20 12, sending away children, a total of about 50 thousand words. Finally, I didn't show these words to anyone, including 50 students in my class, because I recorded conflicts with individual students. Although it was all settled well in the end, I don't want my children to see those fierce and irrational words.

Therefore, my writing has no readers except myself. Are words without readers valuable? I think there are:

First, we have experienced our own thinking. When we just think with our brains, those thoughts are often scattered and disorganized in our minds, just a pile of thinking fragments, which are useless; In the process of recording thoughts in words, those thoughts gradually become clear, organized and meaningful. It is language that makes our thoughts knowable, sensible and full of vitality.

Second, writing is not a simple record, but a combing and refining of ideas in the mind, which will inevitably pay attention to the accuracy and rationality of language expression, so writing will naturally promote the improvement of expression ability.

Third, in the process of writing, I will reflect on the scenery and events I recorded. This kind of reflection is also a kind of examination and torture of one's own heart, which is helpful to improve one's inner self.

Fourth, people who often write will have a sensitive heart, be better at insight into life and see what others have not seen, so they will know more about life and how to live.

So, it's well written, just like at this moment, I knocked down today's learning experience, and I also had a thought about why I did it and understood what I was doing. Is it not good to live clearly?

Article 4: National Journal of Training and Research

Today's lecture is the most grounded. In the morning, Mr. Zhang XX from the Middle School Attached to XX University shared the topic of "Text Interpretation and Cultural Accumulation". In the afternoon, Mr. Luo XX still focused on text interpretation, taking the textbook of Unit 1 of Volume 8 as an example, and specifically introduced to the teachers how to carry out the "integration of reading and writing" teaching.

Teacher Zhang Aimin's courseware is very special. A simple Word document, including twenty or thirty idioms and a dozen classical Chinese sentences, is estimated to be no more than 300 words, that's all. However, with this simple text, Mr. Zhang talked to the students for three hours, and the students repeatedly postponed the class time, trying to listen to Mr. Zhang as much as possible. Yes, profound knowledge, profound attainments in ancient Chinese, rich experience in Chinese teaching and easy-to-understand explanations make Mr. Zhang's class full of charm, and the teachers are deeply attracted. How happy the students who can sit in teacher Zhang's class every day should be!

Teacher Zhang Aimin mainly communicates with you from two aspects: "Learn good words and accumulate more". Through the interpretation and explanation of the etymology of Chinese characters, I am amazed at the interesting stories and vivid pictures behind every ordinary Chinese character. China's language and culture are so profound, and what I know is so limited. I am ashamed of my ignorance in Teacher Zhang's class. Tell yourself: study, study, and then study. Only in this way can you stand firm in the face of students and dare to speak out. Teacher Zhang said that many Chinese graduates have a weak language foundation, many typos and lack the ability to understand ancient Chinese, and called on primary school teachers to pay attention to literacy teaching. Teacher Zhang's words made me feel guilty and responsible. Yes, the primary task of Chinese teaching in primary schools is to teach students to read and write. How to build a tall building without a good foundation? To improve students' Chinese literacy, we should start from the primary school Chinese teacher and start from me. "Pushing the shape with the meaning" and "understanding with the shape" are two experiences summarized by Teacher Zhang in learning Chinese characters, so we should make good use of them.

Teacher Zhang also mentioned the importance of memorization accumulation for students' growth. I have been paying more attention to this, but I haven't done enough. I need to work harder on the screening of reciting articles.

Teacher Luo XX's instruction of "preparing lessons for the whole unit" based on reading and writing makes me feel awake-it turns out that Chinese class can be like this! Here, I'll sort out Mr. Luo's unit lesson preparation ideas:

First, read through the whole set of teaching materials and grasp the unit teaching content as a whole; Then, around the teaching requirements of exercises, combined with the text expression characteristics of this unit, determine the focus of reading teaching language training; In the reading teaching of each article, we should pay attention to guiding students to understand the typical speech forms in the article and transfer them with the help of "sentence group" training; In the unit exercise, students are required to apply the expressions learned in this unit to the exercise, and take this as the evaluation standard.

How to "write specific articles" is a headache for both teachers and students: teachers don't know how to teach students to write specific articles, and students don't know how to write specific exercises. Teacher Luo's "preparing lessons for the whole unit" starts from the requirements of exercises, determines the focus of reading teaching, and penetrates the guidance of "what to write" and "how to write" in this unit exercise in advance in text learning. When students formally write a composition, it will naturally follow. This is the real integrated teaching of reading and writing. Mr. Luo XX, I am impressed with you!

Why do students make words and sentences? This is really a problem that I haven't thought deeply about before. Word formation is the cultivation of students' thinking quality; Making interesting sentences is the training of material selection and conception methods; Students' homework, interesting is more important than meaningful! All activities in Chinese class point to one goal-expression, that is, the use of language and characters. What a good lesson! Thanks to Mr. Luo Ping and Mr. Guo Pei!

Chapter 5: National Journal of Training and Research.

With the deepening of training, I feel more and more the lack of professional knowledge, and feel more and more the great gains of this study. In the past, many things were done in a muddle, but now I know why, and what else can I do. For example, regarding reading aloud, I knew that reading aloud was very important before, and students should be asked to read more in class, so students were always asked to read aloud with emotion after understanding the content of the text. Today, I learned from the lecture given by Director Liu Libo of dadukou district Experimental Primary School that reading aloud is a very good way to understand accumulation. To understand the text, in addition to grasping the key words to connect with the context, in addition to the teacher's instructions at different levels, you can also say nothing and guide students to read, understand and feel repeatedly, correctly and fluently. It turns out that reading aloud has such a function. Isn't this the truth of "never getting tired of reading, seeing what it means"? At this moment, I really understand the significance of reading aloud in reading teaching. In addition to reading aloud, students can also be inspired to imagine the picture according to the context.

Through vivid cases, I also realized that in reading teaching, the way teachers ask questions is also very important for students' learning. The same teaching content, the same teaching goal, if the way of asking questions is different, the achievement effect is different from that of Wan Li.

In the final analysis, the essence of Chinese learning is the training of thinking mode, and teachers' good thinking quality will greatly improve the efficiency of Chinese classroom. Therefore, to cultivate students' thinking ability, teachers should first pay attention to the change of their own thinking mode.

In the afternoon, Zhou XX, a famous Chinese teacher in Chongqing No.1 Middle School, communicated with you. Mr. Zhou is a man of temperament. He first criticized the unreasonable compilation of primary school Chinese textbooks and complained about the low level of reading test questions. Then, with the title of "The Way of Reading: Quality, Quantity and Method", I explained to the teachers in detail how to read the text through a large number of cases. Teacher Zhou pointed out that the purpose of reading is to understand words, so the process of reading is to observe the inner understanding-to read the energy contained between the lines, that is, the meaning behind the words. Teacher Zhou put forward her own reading proposition-understanding is to establish contact and deal with relationships. The specific operation methods are: ① decomposition, that is, sorting out the objects described in this paper and listing them one by one; (2) Protrusion, that is, determining the object that the text pays attention to and defining what it is according to the text; (3) Contact, that is, find the similarities and differences between text objects through comparison, and find out their internal relations; (4) mastery, that is, according to the above conclusions, contact the whole sentence or paragraph to clear the understanding of the text.

Zhou Peng's class made me realize the importance of thinking mode again. Because Mr. Zhou has a good way of thinking, his students' average Chinese score can reach 120. Such a good result is not achieved by asking questions, but because students have mastered a good way of thinking. I think it is no exaggeration to say that the way of thinking determines fate!

Teacher Zhou suggested that we should pay attention to the recitation and accumulation of classic articles in primary school, which also deeply resonated with me. Teacher Zhou expounded the importance of reading classics from two aspects: children's physical and mental characteristics and the needs of life development. Mr. Zhou warned teachers by the "Elementary School Theory" in the late Ming Dynasty that students should remember more before the age of 15 and be more savvy after the age of 15, so the primary school stage is the best time for students to remember more. Once they miss it, they will regret it for life. According to his years of teaching experience, Mr. Zhou summed up that classical Chinese is the essence of mother tongue. Letting children recite some classics from an early age can provide a good reference for their life development, so that their life path will not go astray.

From Mr. Zhou's passionate and painful words, I deeply realized that a Chinese educator with conscience is responsible for the inheritance of his mother tongue.

From now on, change your way of thinking, save yourself and save Chinese studies!
