The certificate of continuing education of the second-level constructor is invalid?
The period of validity of the construction engineer's qualification registration is generally 3 years. Three months before the expiration of the validity period, the holder shall go through the formalities of re-registration at the original registration management institution. In the period of validity of registration, if the practice unit is changed, the change formalities shall be handled in time. Re-registration requires proof of continuing education.

After the second-level constructor's certificate is registered, the certificate will be reviewed every three years, and each review must take part in continuing education (if you don't take part in the annual review of continuing education, you will not pass). Continuing education time shall not be less than 30 hours in principle.

The registration certificate and practicing seal are valid for 3 years. In each registration period, the second-level construction engineer must meet the requirements of continuing education stipulated by the competent construction department of the State Council before applying for renewal of registration.

Continuing education is divided into compulsory courses and elective courses, and each course is 60 hours in each registration period. After continuing education reaches the qualified standard, a certificate of continuing education will be issued. "Regulations on the Management of Second-level Builders" stipulates that the registration certificate and practicing seal shall be valid for 3 years, and an application for renewal of registration shall be made at the expiration of 3 years. Continuing education can be held once every 3 years and passed the examination. The general construction administrative department shall hold it once a year. You can pay attention to the notice of the local construction administrative department (Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development) in official website.

If it is necessary to continue practicing after the expiration of registration, it shall apply for renewal of registration 30 days before the expiration of registration. If the registration is renewed, the validity period is 3 years.

To apply for renewal of registration, the following materials shall be submitted:

(a) the application form for renewal of registration of registered architects;

(2) the original registration certificate;

(three) a copy of the employment contract signed by the applicant and the employing unit or other valid documents;

(four) the applicant meets the requirements of continuing education within the validity period of registration.
