Xiamen Tiandi School will not be a public school. The Civil Affairs Bureau of Huli District of Xiamen announced the Decision on the Change of the Administrative License of Tiandi School in Huli District of Xiamen, and approved the change of Tiandi School in Huli District of Xiamen into Xiamen Huashi Xiping Bilingual School. The Education Bureau of Huli District recently approved the change of the sponsor, name and category of Tiandi School in Huli District, Xiamen. It is agreed that the name of the school will be changed from Tiandi School in Huli District of Xiamen to Xiping Bilingual School of Xiamen Huashi, the sponsor will be changed from Xiamen Tiandi Development and Construction Co., Ltd. to Xiamen Hengxing Education Investment Co., Ltd., the legal representative of the school will be changed from Cai Fengfu to Ke Lanlan, and the school type will be changed from primary school to nine-year compulsory education. Therefore, Xiamen Tiandi School has not been changed into a public school.
