Legal analysis: Qinghai candidates studying in the branch schools and general schools outside the province of Qinghai private high schools must go through the examination and registration procedures for borrowing students outside the province according to regulations. Qinghai candidates who do not meet the registration requirements for the foreign borrowing examination must return to the middle school where the students in this province are studying before September 20 17 15, otherwise they may not sign up for the general college entrance examination in Qinghai.

Article 4 After a student goes through the enrollment registration formalities for the first time, the school shall collect and enter his/her school registration information, establish a school registration file, and apply for a school registration number through the electronic student status system.

The competent department of student status shall timely examine and approve the student status through the electronic student status system.

Article 5 The student registration number is generated on the basis of the student identity card number, with one person and one number, which will remain unchanged for life. The specific rules for the generation of student numbers shall be formulated separately by the administrative department of education of the State Council.

Gradually implement free student cards containing information about students' school status.

Article 6 Schools shall not establish student status with false information, and shall not establish student status repeatedly. School registration departments and schools should use electronic student status system for duplicate checking.
