As of August, 20 19, Kyushu Shengjing College and Hebei Oriental College have no direct relationship, but they are independent of each other. Kyushu Shengjing College is a computer training institution, belonging to private enterprises. Hebei Oriental College is a full-time undergraduate college which was upgraded from Langfang Oriental Vocational and Technical College with the approval of the Ministry of Education on June 20.

The college has more than 30 majors, 13 undergraduate majors, covering engineering, medicine, transportation, modern service, art and other disciplines. The school has five secondary colleges, including Medical College, Transportation College, Information College, Management College and Cultural Relics and Art College, as well as a number of secondary teaching auxiliary units, such as basic teaching department, library, gymnasium, continuing education college and affiliated Fort Edward Hospital.
