What do you mean by public courses and ordinary courses?
Public classes and ordinary classes are two special enrollment methods set up by the Ministry of Education to encourage and help outstanding students in poor areas to receive higher education.

1. Public class refers to a way of enrolling students in colleges and universities. It is fully funded by the state finance, and students can be exempted from tuition, accommodation and living expenses.

2. Pratt & Whitney class refers to a college enrollment method in which the school recruits students from poor families with excellent grades and exam results according to a certain proportion, and gives a certain degree of reward or subsidy. Both are established to encourage and help outstanding students in poor areas to receive higher education.
