The red rock basin in Du Yu fault depression with this county as the center is surrounded by the Lushan Mountain range in the northwest of Panhuan County, the Wuyishan remnant vein in the northeast and the mountains extending from Jiulian Mountain in the south. The terrain in the south, east and north is relatively high, and gradually inclines to the central and western regions, forming a closed hilly and low-mountain landform dominated by low mountains, hills and basins, with large and small rivers collecting tribute water. The elevation of the main peak of Pingkeng Mountain in the south is1312m. The terrain gradually decreases to the middle, with gentle valleys, low hills, wide distribution and alternating basins in the central and western regions. The gongshui river bed in Luoao Datan in the west is 98 meters above sea level.
