Among them, the transfer of graduate students should be discussed and agreed by professional tutors or tutors. Strictly regulate the transfer system
The provincial education administrative departments and colleges and universities should strictly follow the requirements of the Regulations, take the principles of clear conditions, complete procedures, proper procedures and clear rights and responsibilities, and establish and improve the student transfer system under the premise of conforming to the enrollment policy of colleges and universities to ensure that the transfer work is open, fair and just.
1. Students should complete their studies in the accepted school. If they are sick or have special difficulties and can't continue their studies in our school, they can apply for transfer. Among them, the sick students need to provide the inspection certificate that has been transferred from the school and intends to be transferred to the designated hospital of the school. Special difficulties generally refer to students who need to be taken care of nearby because of special family circumstances; Postgraduates can't continue to guide because of tutor's job transfer or health reasons, and other circumstances that meet the requirements of the school.
2. The college entrance examination scores of college students applying for transfer should reach the college entrance examination admission scores of the relevant majors to be transferred to the school in the corresponding year of their origin. Postgraduates who apply for transfer have the same level, type and professional level as those who transfer, and must pass the professional evaluation or academic level evaluation organized by academic degree evaluation committee.
3. Students in any of the following circumstances are not allowed to transfer:
(1) Those who have been enrolled for less than one semester;
(2) the college entrance examination score is lower than the admission score of the relevant major to be transferred to the school in the corresponding year;
(3) From low academic level to high academic level;
(4) Admission through targeted employment, art, sports, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams and other special enrollment forms;
(5) Persons who have not passed the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities or who have not used the results of the college entrance examination (including students walking, individual entrance examination, police officers of politics and law, second bachelor's degree, junior college, five-year consistent system, three-two-stage system, etc.). );
(6) The school to be transferred is in the same city;
(7) Graduate students enrolled in the second district are transferred to the first district enrollment unit;
(8) interdisciplinary;
(9) Should drop out of school;
(10) Other without justifiable reasons.
