The above-mentioned two types of personnel who have not obtained the teacher qualification certificate need to obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate before July 30, 2065438+2009, otherwise they will be deemed to have given up their employment qualification, and all consequences will be borne by themselves.
(4) The fresh graduates of domestic full-time colleges and universities in 20 19 must obtain corresponding graduation certificates and degree certificates before July 30th, 2019, and other applicants must obtain corresponding graduation certificates and degree certificates before the first day of registration (i.e. April 8th, 2065 438+09).
(5) The following persons shall not apply:
1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes;
2. Being punished by administrative dismissal for less than five years or being punished by other administrative punishments;

4. Due to being audited, disciplined or suspected of committing a crime, the judicial proceedings have not yet ended;
5. Other personnel who cannot be employed as teachers as stipulated by laws and regulations;
6. In-service teachers in the district;
7 in the past two years, there have been violations of discipline in the recruitment (employment) examination, physical examination or inspection of organs and institutions.
The deadline for calculating the penalty period stipulated in this article is the date of announcement.
(six) the on-the-job (on-the-job) personnel of state-owned units must obtain the consent of the work unit, and issue a written certificate that the work unit agrees to enter the examination when interviewing for qualification. In-service teachers outside the district need a certificate from the local education bureau agreeing to take the exam.
