Now I will talk about my exploration and practice of infiltrating legal education into history teaching, hoping that my colleagues will give me more advice so as to do this work better in future teaching.
First, make full use of the knowledge taught in the classroom, subtly influence the students in the classroom, let the students get beneficial edification and infection, and take the historical development as a clue to be inspired from the shallow to the deep, so as to achieve the purpose of education.
For example, in the teaching process of "Socialist Democracy and Legal System Construction" in the eighth grade of China history, students are guided to realize that in the process of promoting the rule of law in China, the principles of strict law enforcement, accountability and equality before the law are implemented, and offenders, whether officials or ordinary people, regardless of their positions, will be brought to justice as long as they violate the law.
Second, make full use of multimedia to teach history and guide students to receive legal education in an intuitive and vivid teaching situation.
In recent years, under the influence of the international drug tide, drugs that have brought disaster to the country and people have flooded again in China, and the number of drug addicts has been increasing. Teenagers are the majority of drug addicts, and drugs seriously threaten the physical and mental health of teenagers.
In the process of teaching, I combine the history and reality of "1840 Opium War brought great disaster to the people of China" for students to learn.
The specific method is to let students look for information before class, first get an impression of book knowledge, and in the course of class, make full use of multimedia to combine some fragments of the Opium War with some fragments of drug abuse in real society, so as to give students a sharp contrast and make them feel the harm of drug abuse, and consciously go to drugs and stay away from drugs.
Thirdly, the infiltration of legal education in history can not only stay in classroom teaching, but also be carried out through extracurricular activities to improve students' interest in learning.
For example, set up an extracurricular interest group with legal education as the main content. This group can organize everyone to write some small historical papers and manuscripts.
In addition, special reports and speech contests on "combating corruption and promoting honesty" can be held.
Through these methods, on the one hand, students' interest in learning is improved, on the other hand, legal education for students is strengthened.
