Zhanjiang University of Science and Technology attaches great importance to the construction of teaching staff, and vigorously implements the strategy of "strengthening the school with talents". The school has nearly 1000 teachers, including nearly 250 senior titles and nearly 200 doctors and masters with overseas study background.
