The second method: check your IP address.
First, let's right-click My Network Places, and then click the Properties button in the drop-down options.
After clicking the "Properties" button, the dialog box as shown in the figure will pop up. At this point, we right-click Local Area Connection and select the Status button in the drop-down properties.
Click the "Support" button, as shown. At this point, you can see that there is an "address type". If the address type shows "Manual Configuration", the IP address is set normally. If it says "Assign via DHCP", then there is a problem.
If the address type shows "assigned by DHCP", you must manually set the IP address for the computer.
