First, the scope of appraisal
(1) Social personnel registered in the Corps (including on-the-job and unemployed personnel);

(3) Full-time graduate students in ordinary colleges and universities in the Corps and registered students in the Corps (subject to the academic qualifications obtained);
(4) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who hold a residence permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents or a residence permit for Taiwan Province residents within the validity period issued by the Corps Public Security Bureau;

(6) Soldiers stationed in regiments and armed police.
Second, the identification conditions
(a) shall abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, fulfill the obligations stipulated in the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Teachers Law", and abide by the professional ethics of teachers.
(two) should have the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Teachers Law" and the "Ministry of Education on the pilot reform of primary and secondary school and kindergarten teacher qualification examination notice" provisions of the corresponding education, as follows:
1. To apply for kindergarten teacher qualification, you should have graduated from kindergarten normal school or above;
2. To apply for the qualification of primary and junior high school teachers, you should have a college degree or above.
3. To apply for the qualification of teachers in senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools, you should have a bachelor's degree or above;
4. To apply for the qualification of an internship instructor in a secondary vocational school, one should have graduated from a secondary vocational school or above, and have professional and technical positions of assistant engineer or above or technical level of intermediate and above workers;
(3) It shall meet the Grade II Grade B and above standard of the Standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test issued by the State Language Committee. Those who apply for the qualification of Chinese and primary school general teacher should reach the second level and above.
(four) the conditions of education and teaching ability shall meet one of the following conditions:
1. Graduates majoring in normal education in ordinary colleges and universities of the Corps can be identified according to the requirements of the Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Qualification Examination and Identification Transition of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Xinjiang Autonomous Region.
2 to participate in the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination personnel should be qualified in the written test and interview, and obtain the "primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination certificate", and within the validity period. Postgraduates and normal students who are included in the reform of exemption certification should pass the examination of education and teaching ability and obtain the professional competence certificate of normal students' teachers, and it is within the validity period.
(five) should have good physical and psychological quality, can adapt to the needs of education and teaching. No infectious diseases, no history of mental illness, and passed the physical examination in the hospital physical examination center designated by the teacher qualification accreditation body (the current physical examination report is only valid for the current accreditation work).
Third, determine the accepting institution.
Applicants should choose the accreditation institution where the household registration and residence permit are located to apply, among which the fresh graduates of Tarim University are accredited in the College of Humanities of Tarim University, and the fresh graduates of Shihezi University are accredited in the Guidance Center for Teacher Qualification Accreditation of Corps. Four. Identity application process
(1) Online declaration
Those who meet the application conditions, please log on to China Teacher Qualification Network (www.jszg.edu.cn) from June 28, 2022 to June 28, 2022, select the "Teacher Qualification Applicant Online Portal" registration account on the homepage of the website, and fill in the teacher qualification application information. Please submit your registration within the specified time. Do not make overdue reports.

(2) On-site confirmation
After the online application is completed, the applicant should consult the announcement issued by the corresponding authorized institution in time, and carry relevant materials for on-site audit and confirmation at the specified time and place. Matters such as on-site confirmation of fresh graduates in 2022 shall be arranged by the school where the graduates are located.
Materials to be submitted by the applicant:
1. Original ID card (within the validity period).
2. Relevant certificates of household registration or residence permit.
(1) Applicants for household registration in Corps are required to provide the original household registration book; Collective accounts need to issue a household registration certificate issued by the police station;
