During the validity period, the original anonymous student card user can change the original card and ID card (household registration book) to a registered student card for free, and the original card can be recovered. When handling a new student card, you need to bring your ID card (household registration book) and pay the card handling fee of 18 yuan. Registered student cards can be lost or reissued.
