How are foreign universities recognized by the Ministry of Education of China?
1. First of all, foreign universities are recognized by the Ministry of Education of China, not by schools, but directly by the education department, so there is no need for any documents and there is no question of how to apply.

2. Secondly, there are usually two prerequisites for foreign universities to be recognized by the Ministry of Education of China:

First, the country where the school is located has a mutual recognition agreement with the government of China (Ministry of Education).

Second, foreign universities are regular universities (academic institutions) recognized by the host government, that is, foreign universities belong to academic education schools recognized by their own governments.

3. The Ministry of Education regularly publishes the list of foreign universities recognized by the state every year.
