Information technology course is mistaken for computer course by many people. There is no strict assessment standard and no pressure to enter a higher school, so it is an entertainment class. There are always chatterboxes in class; Some students are not interested in textbook knowledge and hope that teachers don't have to give lectures; Some just want to chat online and watch movies; Some secretly play games; Some even eat snacks. Moreover, information technology courses account for a small proportion in the curriculum arrangement, with one class per week and a maximum interval of 7 days. Because some rural primary schools are restricted by conditions, it is impossible to offer information technology courses, so a large number of middle school students in our school have no foundation at all. In this way, it is even more difficult to have a good information technology class. Faced with such a situation, what should we do?
The teaching and management of information technology classroom has always been a difficult problem for all our information technology teachers, and the quality of classroom management directly affects the teaching effect. Therefore, I summed up some measures taken in information technology teaching in recent days, hoping to help colleagues who are confused.
First, standardize and emphasize classroom discipline, and clarify the purpose of learning.
1, teaching order. Strict computer room management system ensures a good teaching order, with clear rewards and punishments, and education is the focus. I explained the rules and regulations of the computer room and the classroom rules to the students of the first information technology class of freshmen in the computer room. And standardize and emphasize one by one, so that students know what to do is the standardized behavior. When students don't fully understand me, there will always be luck. Want to know the teacher's temper and test the teacher's work bottom line. To this end, I will keep my promise. Good students who find positive behaviors are praised in time. Students who are found to have violated the discipline, such as: not listening carefully, talking indiscriminately, walking around, depending on the situation, teachers can adopt methods such as silence, frowning, and approaching gaze; When students secretly play games or knock on the keyboard, the teacher takes the methods of temporarily locking the phone and criticizing to prompt, hint and stop; Such as littering, scribbling, spitting, eating snacks and other bad habits. We should criticize or clean the computer room to remedy their wrong behavior; If the equipment and facilities are damaged, compensation shall be made according to the price. In short, students should be fully aware that they are wrong, and if they violate discipline, they should be corrected. With the reward and punishment system and prestige, students' consciousness will be enhanced, classroom discipline will be easy to master, and classroom teaching will proceed smoothly.
2. Clear the purpose of learning. My first information technology class as a freshman was chatting. The main contents are as follows: ① Tell students that computers can be used not only for playing, but also for learning, which can help students improve their grades in other subjects. How to study with it? Using the Internet, we can find any kind of learning materials online. ② It is impossible to leave the computer in the future study and work life. At the same time, give some examples in life: how schools manage students' files; What do the staff in the bank do, how to operate, etc. 3. The story of Bill Gates, the richest man in the world. Through these three aspects, students can know the importance of information technology courses. Computers can play, study, work and get wealth. Learning is not blind, and the purpose of learning is more clear.
Second, the rational use of multimedia electronic classroom software
As an information technology teacher, I am generally familiar with multimedia electronic classrooms. Reasonable use of functions such as playing, monitoring, student demonstration, black screen locking, homework submission, restart and shutdown in class is very helpful to classroom teaching. For example, when learning Flash animation, students enter the computer room before class. I play the Flash animation downloaded from the Internet to students' computers with electronic software for them to enjoy. Students will soon be quiet, and the discipline before class will be much better! It can also broaden students' horizons, stimulate students' interest in learning, and improve the efficiency of class.
We should strive to create a democratic and harmonious atmosphere in the information technology classroom. For simple content, I asked students from individual clubs to operate the demonstration, and other students followed suit. When observing the operation steps, see if there is anything that needs to be added and if there are other ways to solve the problem. In this process, we should encourage and appreciate students and pay attention to the development of each student, so that we can understand the knowledge level of students. At the same time, it can also make students concentrate. Students who can't absorb knowledge like sponges will think hard and seek different methods. This can not only improve students' knowledge level, but also cultivate students' interest in learning.
Third, arrange the time reasonably, pay attention to individual counseling and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.
A prominent feature of information technology teaching is that students have a large amount of hands-on operation, while our students have a poor foundation and less time to contact computers. If teachers only pursue progress in the teaching process, do not give students enough time to practice, and blindly ask students to practice one operation after another quickly, it will lead to the result that students seem to have mastered it at that time and forgot it after class. It is difficult for students to master the main knowledge in a short time, let alone teach according to the progress of the syllabus. If students really want to learn something, quantity is not important, but quality is the key. Therefore, to fully arrange students' classroom practice time, students should cherish the limited classroom practice and dare to try. At the same time, teachers should evaluate students' operation in time, so that students will be more interested and motivated to learn after being affirmed and guided by teachers, thus making classroom teaching more efficient.
Another prominent feature of information technology teaching is that teachers give students a lot of individual tutoring, which often requires teachers to transfer to the computer room for more than the first half of the class, so as to find out the problems existing in students' practice in time and patiently help them overcome difficulties, correct mistakes, improve methods and speed up the progress. If teachers let students practice by themselves and neglect counseling, many students, especially those with poor learning ability and awareness, will become uninterested in learning, uninterested in practicing, and finally tired of learning.
Fourth, flexible use of effective teaching mode and teaching methods, earnestly do a good job in every class.
In the teaching process, if we always adopt a single teaching mode and method, the effect may be good in a short time, but in the long run, students will gradually lose interest, even if they don't make small moves in class, they will be lifeless. Therefore, it is necessary to design some novel forms and create fascinating teaching situations. For example, use pictures, animations, videos and works appreciation to stimulate interest and create a good teaching atmosphere. For easier knowledge points, students can try to explore and learn by themselves. When appropriate, we can organize discussions in groups, and then the group will send representatives to the stage to explain and demonstrate the steps and methods to solve problems, so as to strengthen team spirit and practical experience. In addition, when assigning learning tasks, there should be some challenging learning tasks with moderate difficulty.
