Second, the scope of enrollment schools
Public ordinary middle schools, primary schools, vocational middle schools, special education schools and kindergartens approved by the establishment departments at all levels in the province. Recruited teachers must ensure that they have jobs and posts.
Third, the recruitment target and conditions
(1) Having a teacher qualification certificate consistent with the post discipline (including those who participated in the certification of teacher qualification in the spring of 20 17 and can obtain the teacher qualification certificate before the end of August of 20 17).

(3) Teachers who have been teaching in primary and secondary schools at all levels in our province must have served in the original work unit for not less than 5 years (that is, before September 2065 438+2002) before they can apply for the exam. Teachers who have served for less than 5 years or are on probation must terminate their employment relationship with their school before applying for the exam.
(4) The specific recruitment conditions for each position are set by the recruiting unit according to the requirements for setting job conditions.
Four. Recruitment procedures and methods
(1) Declaration Plan
1. The municipal and county (district) education bureaus put forward the 20 17 annual recruitment plan (name of recruitment school, name of recruitment post and number of recruits) according to the vacancy situation of local primary and secondary schools, and fill in the "Jiangxi Province 20 17 annual recruitment plan declaration form" (attachment 1) and send it.
2. The education bureaus of counties (cities, districts) shall submit the audited "Jiangxi Province 20 17 Primary and Secondary School Teacher Recruitment Plan Declaration Form" to the education bureaus of all districts and cities before March 20 17, and submit it online at the same time. The education bureaus of all districts and cities shall, jointly with the human resources and social security departments of all districts and cities, review and summarize, and submit them together with the recruitment plans of municipal schools to the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security before March 20, and at the same time conduct online review and submission.

(2) Making an announcement
The recruitment announcement of primary and secondary school teachers in the whole province will be released on the portal website of Jiangxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Jiangxi Education Network and Jiangxi Personnel Examination Network in early April of 20 17, and all cities and counties (districts) can forward it to relevant local media at the same time.
(3) Online registration
In mid-April, candidates registered in Jiangxi Personnel Examination Network in good faith, and the recruitment units of cities and counties (cities, districts) did not conduct online qualification preliminary examination.
(4) Examination and evaluation
Recruitment is conducted by combining written examination with interview. The written test is tentatively scheduled for mid-May. The subjects of post examination for primary and secondary school teachers are "Comprehensive Education Knowledge" and "Subject Professional Knowledge", and the written test scores and interview scores account for 50% respectively. The subject of on-the-job examination for kindergarten teachers is Comprehensive Knowledge of Early Childhood Education, and the written test and interview scores account for 40% and 60% respectively.
After the written test, according to the written test scores from high to low, the interviewers are determined according to the following ratio: 5 or less positions, with the ratio of1:3; 6 pairs 10, with a ratio of1:2.5; 1 1 position, with a ratio of 1:2.
The interview mainly examines the educational and teaching ability and level of candidates, and generally takes the form of trial lectures and lectures. Before the interview, the interview plan should be carefully made, and the time, place, method, content, procedure and scoring rules should be clearly defined. The interview plan must be reported to the education, human resources and social security departments of the districts and cities for the record and then organized and implemented.
(5) Employment filing
After the interview, the candidates to be hired will be determined according to the candidates' written test and interview total scores from high to low, and the physical examination and publicity will be organized. After no objection, go to the human resources and social security department for employment filing and other related procedures to ensure that there is a post. Employed personnel should be certified before the start of school in the autumn of that year, with a service period of not less than 5 years.
If the employed person unilaterally terminates the employment contract within the current year, the recruiting unit can make up the employment from high score to low score.

It is necessary to establish an effective supervision and restriction mechanism, resolutely put an end to violations of discipline and discipline, and ensure fair and just recruitment.
(2) Increase the shortage of rural teachers. All localities should conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Jiangxi Province on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Measures for the Support Plan for Rural Teachers in Jiangxi Province (20 15-2020), constantly improve the teacher management system, earnestly do a good job in the supplementary work of rural primary and secondary school teachers, and ensure that small villages are fully equipped with the courses prescribed by the state. Efforts should be made to solve the structural contradictions of the teaching staff and to supplement full-time teachers in sports, music, fine arts, English, information technology, science and other disciplines in short supply.
(3) Scientifically formulate local recruitment plans. All localities should accurately grasp the establishment and attrition of local units, comprehensively consider the arrangement of the national "special post plan", free normal students and the "rural teacher orientation training plan" and "three supports and one support" in our province, and make a reasonable recruitment plan. (4) Reasonable setting of recruitment conditions.
