The Ministry of Education has issued the "Regulations on Prohibiting Primary and Secondary School Teachers and In-service Primary and Secondary School Teachers from Making Up Classes with Compensation", which explicitly prohibits primary and secondary school teachers from making up classes with compensation. This regulation is to ensure the professional ethics of teachers and protect the legitimate rights and interests of students.

No violation is allowed.

Violations include, but are not limited to, organizing, recommending and inducing students to take paid remedial classes inside and outside the school, participating in paid remedial classes organized by off-campus training institutions or other teachers, parents and parents' committees, introducing students to off-campus training institutions and providing relevant information. These acts will be strictly prohibited.
