If traffic packets need to be processed, the processing method is as follows:

1. Log in to the mobile phone business hall, select Service-Handling-Monthly Traffic Packet, select the traffic packet to be handled, and click the "Handle" button;

2. Log in to the online business hall: after logging in, select the business processing-monthly traffic package-page, select the traffic package you want to handle, and click the "Handle" button.

If the above methods cannot be handled, it is recommended to contact the customer service to which the number belongs.
