Personnel Department: responsible for teacher management, education cadre management, cadre appointment, assessment and training, labor education, professional title evaluation and employment, organization setting, educational personnel work, file management and employment recommendation for normal graduates, United front work in education system and party affairs in government organs.

Teacher education: responsible for the construction of professional ethics of primary and secondary school teachers; Training primary and secondary school teachers; Teacher qualification identification work.

Supervision office: entrusted by the municipal government to supervise and inspect the implementation of educational laws, regulations, principles and policies within its administrative area; To supervise and inspect the performance of educational duties by the people's governments at lower levels; Supervise, evaluate and accept the balance between education and compulsory education in this region.

Finance department: responsible for the budget preparation and final accounts compilation of bureau organs and education system; Responsible for the management of funds for primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and various special education funds; Responsible for the financial supervision and internal audit of the education system; Responsible for school equipment procurement, small-scale construction and school building maintenance; To be responsible for the management of the financial education payment center of the Bureau; Responsible for the implementation of various funding policies.
