On the last afternoon of the National Day holiday, members of our intelligent homework research group held a meeting in the office on the fourth floor. There are 6 teachers in our research group, all of whom are young and middle-aged teachers in terms of age structure. Three post-70s and three post-90s, the age span is quite large. The youngest teacher Pan is 95 years old and the oldest is 73 years old. I am the third of six people. To be honest, it feels good to work with young teachers. Their youthful and energetic breath infected me. With them, I feel younger, as if I were young again! The afternoon passed quickly, and we finally finished the project implementation plan and the opening report.

? Before I was in a township primary school, I took part in the research of Chinese subject in leping city primary school for three times, and all three subjects I took part in were successfully concluded. Looking back on the road of subject research, it is both busy and fulfilling. After continuous exploration, repeated practice and analysis, the research has achieved fruitful results, and I have benefited a lot from it: all three research projects were rated as excellent experimental teachers in leping city, and my papers won the first and second prizes in leping city respectively, and many articles were published in Leping Teaching and Research and Leping Education.

Project research focuses on the process, which is a hard and long process. If we want to make some theoretical breakthroughs or practical innovations, we must work hard and do the project with our heart, which is the consensus of our teachers who participate in the project research.

? I used to be a member of the research group, but I have never been the project leader. I wonder if this project can be successfully completed in one year. But no matter what the result is, as long as we have worked hard and struggled, we will always gain joy and grow!
