The employing unit shall pay wages in full and on time in accordance with the labor contract and state regulations. If the employer and the employee dissolve or terminate the labor relationship according to law, they shall settle the matter and pay all the wages in one lump sum on the day of dissolution or termination of the labor relationship.
If the wages of the workers are in arrears, the workers may complain to the labor security supervision agency where the workers are employed, or handle it through labor dispute arbitration, application for payment order to the people's court and other procedures.
