First of all, if the transcript does not indicate where the transfer credits come from, you need to supplement the proof of where the transfer credits come from. (1) If these grades come from overseas study experience, you need to provide the obtained certificate (if there is no certificate, you can provide transcripts or proof of study experience), and at the same time provide the visa and entry and exit records at this stage; (2) If this part of the results comes from domestic study experience, you need to provide a diploma from a domestic institution. If you don't issue a diploma, you need to provide proof of learning experience issued by domestic institutions;
