Use Mandarin, the language is clear, fluent, accurate, complete and infectious. Educational question-and-answer is divided into two necessary questions, aiming at the related problems of the subject to be taught and the basic knowledge of pedagogy, psychology and related majors.
Interview content:
The general interview time is about 20 minutes to examine the basic quality and ability of education and teaching. The interview is divided into three parts: structured, trial and defense. The interview result is qualified or unqualified.
Complete a teaching session in 10 minutes, and then answer two questions raised by the examiner to reply, mainly involving the content of the trial lecture, the development of education and teaching, political and ideological theory and so on.
