Educational ecology is an interdisciplinary subject. Study the law of education and human development with ecological methods. Focusing on ecological balance, environment and adaptation, population distribution and composition, interpersonal relationship and other issues, this paper tries to establish a reasonable ecological environment inside and outside the school, improve teaching efficiency and promote the healthy growth of the younger generation.
The ecological structure of education includes macro and micro aspects.
The largest scope of macro-ecology of education is the ecosphere, followed by the world macro-ecosystem with the country as its territory. In fact, this has always been the focus of educational research. This paper studies various environmental systems centered on education, and analyzes their functions and interactions with education and human beings, in order to seek the direction of education development, the systems that education should have and various countermeasures that should be taken. Systematic analysis of macro-education ecology must grasp four links: first, ecological environment; Second, input (manpower, material resources, financial resources, information); Third, the conversion process (flexible adjustment); Fourth, output, talent, and results.
The micro-ecology of education comes down to the influence of the distribution of schools, classrooms, equipment and even seats on teaching, including the micro-system analysis of curriculum objectives, intelligence, methods and evaluation, and also to the influence of family relations, school teacher-student relations, classmate relations and even students' personal living space and psychological state on education.
