What does education law mean in China?
The Basic Law of Education is the basic legal norm formulated by the National People's Congress to adjust the internal and external relations of education.

It plays a regulatory role in the overall situation of education, or it is called "education constitution" and "education parent law". China's basic education law is the Education Law of the People's Republic of China adopted by the Third Session of the Eighth National People's Congress with 1995.
