The "Notice" clarifies that:

Teachers and students of colleges and universities in the province return to school with negative nucleic acid test certificate and Sichuan Tianfu health pass green code within 48 hours before registration; If you can't provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, you need to carry out 1 nucleic acid test within 24 hours after returning to school.

Teachers and students in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the province and their family members who live together, who have no living history outside the province or have close contact with people who have returned to Sichuan from outside the province within 14 days, can return to school with Sichuan Tianfu Health Green Code. The school does not need to provide negative proof of nucleic acid test after checking the travel codes of itself and family members living together.

Teachers and students in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the province or family members who live together have a history of living outside the province within 14 days, and have a history of close contact with people who have returned to Sichuan from outside the province. When you return to school, you should provide a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours; If you can't provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, you need to carry out 1 nucleic acid test within 24 hours after returning to school.
