Unless you are diligent in exploring and breaking through yourself, to a great extent, the level of teachers will be the ceiling of your learning career.

After all, it is not easy to make shine on you better than blue!

I remember that in Guo Man's series of cartoons, Nie Gai and Wei Zhe's teacher Gui Guzi had a profound line, which probably meant:

If you are looking for the answer approved by the teacher, then the teacher's realm will limit you;

If you are looking for answers in order to seek the recognition of the world, then you will build a high wall around you.

On the way to school, the height of the teacher may be the ceiling that determines your final grade.

Similarly, in family education, the level of parents also determines whether parents help or hinder the growth of children. Parents' words and deeds are also the objects that children imitate intentionally or unintentionally.

I remember that Teacher Liu gave an example. A child lived with his grandmother when he was very young. Grandma has a hunchback, so she always walks with her back bent. Unexpectedly, the child and grandma have been together for a long time, and even like grandma, they are used to hunching over and walking.

There are also some very common phenomena. Children who love swearing are often followed by parents who love swearing. Polite children usually come from polite families.

The family is the copier, the parents are the originals and the children are the copies.

As teachers, although we don't work in the system, our words and deeds will have some influence on a child who comes to class (sometimes, even for life). Our realm directly determines the quality of teaching, and it is also the power to guide and accompany children to learn and grow.

Therefore, only when teachers grow up all their lives, constantly break through themselves, or even break their original pattern, can they become the real guides for children's growth-noble people who really affect their lives.
