I 1998 graduated from xx Teachers College in July and was assigned to xxx School in August of the same year. I have been engaged in the teaching of Chinese and mathematics, during which I served as the head of the teaching and research group, the director of the school office and the deputy director of the school teaching, and now I work in the junior high school mathematics guidance office.

From August 2002 1998 to July 2002, I was mainly engaged in middle school teaching. During this period, I made good achievements in the teaching of courses, especially when there was a shortage of PE and music teachers, and I took the initiative to undertake the teaching of school PE and music courses. The students are very interested, and their academic performance has improved rapidly. In September 2002, under the care of school leaders, I competed for the post of school office director. In the past few years of education and teaching, I have been helped by many old teachers in our school, especially our administrative leaders. In the process of constantly increasing their comprehensive ability and constantly exploring the laws of education and teaching, I have accumulated some superficial understandings and opinions, which are summarized as follows:

First, ideological and political quality

1998 since joining the work, I have adhered to the Four Cardinal Principles, stood firm in politics, supported the Party's line, principles and policies, supported reform and opening up, kept consistent with the CPC Central Committee in thought and action, and exemplary implemented various administrative resolutions and school rules and regulations. Be able to carry heavy burdens in the work, obey the organization and distribution, work hard, work hard, be democratic in style, set an example, work boldly and be innovative and enterprising. In recent years, the year-end assessment has been rated as excellent for many times.

Second, teaching education and teaching work

(A) change ideas and explore new teaching methods

Pay attention to the combination of theory and practice in teaching, collect the practical problems that students encounter in practice, expound the problems in theory in combination with theoretical teaching, put forward methods and measures to solve problems, and actively cultivate students' practical ability. Continuously improve the quality of teaching, and the teaching effect is well evaluated.

As a teacher, tradition? Instill? 、? Cramming at the last minute? Our teaching model has long been a thing of the past because of its rigidity and stagnation. We should constantly explore and adopt teaching methods that are in line with the reality of primary and secondary school students, emphasize the common activities of teachers and students, overcome the teacher-centered tendency, stimulate students' emotions and interests, and change closed teaching into open teaching, so that both sides can truly appreciate the aesthetic value of happy teaching and achieve good teaching results.

As a manager, I not only shoulder the obligation of self-improvement, but also lead the members of my hometown to make progress together. Especially in today's vigorously promoting quality education, the contradiction between old and new methods, the change of educational concept, and the exploration of teaching method reform, organize teachers to discuss, combine their own gains and losses in teaching work, take students as the main body, conscientiously sum up, and explore the correct educational development path for the healthy development of students.

(2) Love, respect and trust students.

Respecting students is the requirement of educational principles and essence. Teachers regard students as developing people and create various conditions to stimulate students' unlimited creativity and potential. I believe that students can manage themselves under my guidance, instead of worrying that they can't do everything well. As a result, students form a strong dependence on teachers. First of all, I give full play to the main role of class cadres. In a sense, class cadres are the decisive factor to create a harmonious class collective.

Once, I was always worried that the class cadres were incompetent, dare not? Decentralize? Power, even if it is such a trivial matter as the definition of the back theorem, is handled by myself. The result is that the management is too dead, the atmosphere in the class is lifeless and lifeless, and the ability of the class cadres has not been improved. I am very tired. Later, I gradually realized that teaching should give full play to students' initiative. So, I started on a model? Reform? ,? Decentralize? Multimedia can integrate text, image, sound, animation, video and other information, which can stimulate students' attention and interest in learning, thus forming their learning motivation. It can concretize abstract concepts, visualize static knowledge, systematize disorderly content, make boring philosophical theories no longer boring, and help students acquire and remember knowledge. Let education truly respect and develop students' subjective consciousness and initiative, cultivate and form students' sound personality and spiritual strength, and let students grow up vividly and healthily.

Third, personal quality improvement.

After work, in addition to actively participating in teachers' continuing education and training, I also earnestly studied the Teachers' Law, the Education Law, the Compulsory Education Law and other laws and regulations, and really managed to teach according to law. With the vigorous promotion of quality education, in order to better adapt to modern educational concepts, I have carefully studied books such as Transformation and Renewal of Educational Concepts, Reflection and Reconstruction of Curriculum, and Entering New Curriculum. In order to enrich my mind and increase my knowledge, I completed all the courses of mathematics and applied mathematics from 200/kloc-0 to 2004, and was admitted to the mathematics department of xx Normal University from 10 in 2004. I will take a full course in September this year.

In a word, although I have made some achievements in education and teaching and accumulated some experience in teaching management over the years, I have never stopped learning, and so has my business research. In the future, I will certainly keep making progress in teaching and scientific research and strive for better results.
