Jia county is located in the north of Pingdingshan City, west of central Henan Province. Jiaxian county governs 8 towns, 5 townships, 2 sub-district offices, 377 administrative villages and 782 natural villages with a total area of 737 square kilometers. 1955, President Mao Zedong wrote an inscription for Jiaxian County: "The countryside is a vast world, and you can make great achievements."

Jiaxian is the hometown of Sean. Jiaxian's business card can be summarized as "one county, two heritages, four places, four treasures, six townships and six wonders". "One county" is a thousand-year-old county. "Two Heritage Sites" are two national intangible cultural heritage projects, namely jia county Bronze and Yaozhuang Gold Jade. The "Four Places" are the birthplace of educated youth culture in China, the base of poetry creation in China, the base of Tang Jun in China and the tobacco base of "Shanerxi".
