Three. Characteristics and working principle of main components

1, compressor; The system adopts totally enclosed piston 3P compressor, and its normal working temperature is only 0℃, which is safe, reliable, compact in structure, low in noise and good in sealing performance. The refrigerant is R22.

2. Evaporator: The refrigeration system adopts dry evaporator. After throttling, the liquid refrigerant enters the tube side from the end cover at one end of the evaporator, and a baffle is cast on the end cover. The refrigerant evaporates through two or more processes and absorbs the heat of the refrigerant, and then enters the compressor from the same end cover to enhance the refrigeration effect.

3. Condenser: The shell-and-tube condenser is used in the refrigeration system, which is a relatively new type of heat exchange equipment. It is made of two parallel copper coils and is a spiral with two spiral channels. The middle spiral is a cooling water channel, and the outer spiral is a high-pressure refrigerant channel.

4. Spray cooling tower: the condensation mode of this equipment adopts countercurrent cooling tower, the mold is formed at one time, and the suction fan is installed at the top of the tower, so the structure is completely simulated and intuitive; The cooling tower adopts suction forced ventilation, and the tower is filled with fillers to improve the cooling effect; The warm water from the condenser is pumped to the top of the tower by the cooling water pump, and then the nozzle of the water distributor rotates and sprays downward.

5. Boiler: Boiler is the core component of central air-conditioning heating system. Top-mounted electric heating tube is adopted, and water and electricity are completely isolated, with over-temperature protection, dry-burning protection and over-voltage protection to ensure human-machine safety; Adopt imported polyurethane foam thermal insulation technology, with good thermal insulation performance.

6. Simulation room: beautiful appearance, small volume, small floor space and compact structure; Adopt fully transparent structure, at a glance; The room is equipped with coil, coil fan and temperature control regulator.

7. Temperature control: The panel of the experimental platform of this equipment is equipped with a temperature control display instrument, which can control the temperature range and detect the temperature of each key component in a circuit.

8. High and low voltage protection device: For safety reasons, the refrigeration system is equipped with high and low voltage protection relays to protect the normal operation of the compressor and system.

9. Water tank: In order to save water and recycle the water resources of the system, the tasks of adding, automatically adjusting and filtering water are completed by adding water tanks; It is also equipped with an automatic water adding system.
