Strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of young teachers in colleges and universities is of great and far-reaching significance for comprehensively implementing the party's educational policy, ensuring that colleges and universities adhere to the socialist direction of running schools, and cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique and beauty.
At present, young teachers in colleges and universities are active and healthy, support the leadership of the Party, have full confidence in upholding and developing Socialism with Chinese characteristics, love teaching and educating people, care about students, and have made important contributions to the development of higher education. At the same time, we should also see that a few young teachers are confused about their political beliefs, vague ideals and beliefs, weak professional feelings and ethics, and weak sense of service. Some teachers don't do what they say, so they can't be teachers. Some localities and universities do not pay enough attention to the ideological and political work of young teachers, and there are not many working methods, and the work is not targeted and effective. Party organizations in colleges and universities all over the country should fully understand the importance of strengthening and improving the ideological and political construction of young teachers under the new situation, put the ideological and political work of young teachers in a more prominent position, further enhance the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of the work, and promote the vast number of young teachers to strengthen their ideals and beliefs, practice their excellent skills, be brave in innovation and creation, and work hard. Through active political guidance, professional training and enthusiastic concern in life, they can temper their noble character and comprehensively improve their ideological and political quality and professional ability.
Second, strengthen the ideological education of young teachers.
(1) Strengthen the study of political theory.
