Even if I have had enthusiasm and impulse for my work, I lack good psychological quality and can't cope with difficulties and go forward bravely. It can be said that most of the motivation for my work does not come from my firm belief in education and selfless love for students, but from my sense of guilt for not doing my job and students. How to manage the class in an orderly way in the tedious work, so that students can learn to take care of themselves and stand on their own feet? Teacher Li and I set a common goal at the beginning of the semester, which is to strengthen regular training and promote education and teaching. Good work and rest is the guarantee of normal study and life. A student's naughty and unconventional behavior will often make a good class regret, make the whole collective activity fail, and even make the honor that the whole class strives for go down the drain, which will directly affect the interests of the class collective.
