On the relationship between educational experience and education law
Educational experience refers to effective practice that conforms to educational laws. Since experience is a kind of practice summed up by groping and trying, it has the procedural nature of work, the limitations of individuals or regions, the limitations of functions, the contingency of production and so on. Educational experience is a low-level reflection of educational practice.

The law of education is independent of human will. People can only find, master and use it, but can't make, change or abolish it at will. The principle of education is secondary, and it is the basic criterion of teaching activities formulated by people according to their needs. It is closely related to the level of scientific development and people's cognitive ability.

Educational experience will be gradually enriched with the deepening and accumulation of people's understanding of educational laws; Educational laws exist objectively and will guide and motivate people to increase their educational experience.
