Graduated from Shenyang Agricultural University majoring in fruit trees and Shenyang Normal University majoring in politics and religion. He is currently the director of the Institute of Higher Education of Shenyang Agricultural University, the director of the school development planning office, and the executive deputy editor of Higher Agricultural Education magazine. He is also the Secretary-General of the National Higher Agricultural Education Research Association, the Executive Director of the Rural Education Professional Committee of the China Education Development Strategy Society, the Deputy Secretary-General of the National Higher Agricultural Education Research Base, the Deputy Director of the Graduate Education Cooperation Group of the National Agricultural and Forestry Colleges, the Executive Director and Deputy Secretary-General of the Liaoning Higher Education Research Association, the Executive Director of the National Higher Education Journal Research Association, the Executive Director of the Liaoning Educational Science Management Society and the Deputy Secretary-General of the Liaoning Social Society.
