Generally speaking, the process of group interview is the preparation before discussion.
Trinity interviews are divided into face-to-face interviews and group interviews. Generally, there are three forms: semi-structured interview, leaderless group discussion and one-on-one interview, with leaderless group discussion as the main form and one-on-one interview less used.

Personal interviews are divided into one-on-one interviews and semi-structured interviews. Because the specific interviewer is aimed at the specific students, the interview questions are highly personalized and situational, and the general interview questions are tailored to the materials submitted by the students. Semi-structured interview means that on the basis of pre-designed test questions, 2-3 examiners put forward some random test questions to candidates according to their reported majors and their own experience preferences. Of course, in a one-to-many interview, a candidate has to face many professors' questions at the same time, which will greatly test the psychological quality of candidates.

After the interview, let's take a look at the group interview, that is, the leaderless group discussion interview, which is also an important point of the trinity interview training class. The leaderless group discussion is generally composed of 6-8 people, which is divided into three parts: personal statement, group discussion and concluding speech. Group members discuss and make decisions on specific issues.

General process of interview without leading group:

(1) Before the discussion, we will divide into groups. Generally, there are about 6-8 people in each discussion group.

(2) The examination room is set up in a way that is convenient for discussion, and generally adopts round-table meeting. The interviewer's seat is located on the four sides of the examination room (or concentrated on one side for easy observation);

(3) After the candidates are seated, the interviewer can issue blank paper for drafting the discussion outline;

(4) Examiners explain to candidates the requirements (discipline) for discussion without leading group, and read out the discussion questions;

(5) Give candidates 5- 10 minutes to prepare and conceive the discussion outline;

(6) The examiner announces the beginning of the discussion, and each person expounds his own views in turn according to the test number (5 minutes), and then begins to discuss freely after the speech;

(7) The interviewers only observe and grade the candidates according to the grading standard, and do not participate in the discussion or give any form of induction;

(8) 40-60 minutes is generally appropriate for discussion without leading group. The examiner announces the end of the discussion according to the discussion, withdraws the outline of the candidates' discussion speech, and collects the examiner's scoring record at the same time, and the candidates leave;

(9) The scorekeeper will remove a highest score and a lowest score, and then take an average score to calculate the final score, and the examiner will sign the report.

How to stand out in the trinity interview, Liu Jiaoshou, senior training officer of the trinity interview of Youlang Education, suggested that candidates should pay attention to the following points in the trinity interview:

1. Make a logical statement.

In the interview process, most candidates will be in a state of high tension, and they will often fall into a blank state because of excessive tension, which will easily affect the overall performance of the interview. In order to avoid this situation, candidates should try not to rush to answer. It is better to decompose a topic on white paper and state your views more comprehensively. Don't answer a little here, answer a little there There is no systematic logical thinking. For example, how to solve this problem can be discussed in different categories, such as from the perspective of citizens, governments and communities.

Don't answer easily, I don't know.

Some candidates will surrender easily in the face of the examiner's tricky questions, which will easily leave a bad impression on the examiner. So when you encounter a problem, you can ask questions first, let the examiner repeat the questions, and try to get more effective information from the examiner's statement. Next, you can express your initial thoughts first. These ideas are very important. Maybe the examiner will kindly give you some ideas to solve the problem when he sees that you are thinking. If you really can't go on, you can learn to shift, such as "I really can't answer this question, but I know something", so that you can lead the topic to a familiar place. This way of thinking is more important than the right or wrong answer.

3. Seek personality development in stability.

Striving for stability in the trinity interview is the first step, but well-behaved candidates may not leave a deep impression on the examiner, which may require candidates to show more personality and be less formal in the interview process. The original intention of setting up trinity interview in colleges and universities is to see the essence of candidates and show themselves.
