Reading Notes on Education for Students (1) The idea of "all for children, highly respecting children and relying on children in an all-round way" put forward by Professor Guo in the book Education for Students has made me feel refreshed. "Student-oriented education" fundamentally dissects the current teaching mode we are engaged in, boldly puts forward the idea of liberating teachers, students and education, and advocates a new education and teaching mode aimed at publicizing students' nature and relying on students' intrinsic nature to develop their learning, so that students can enjoy learning and learning in the release of natural nature, thus realizing "perfect development of human beings". One of the characteristics of student-oriented education is to truly understand and grasp children's noumenon, and take all for children as the principle of educational value. Reading Notes on "Towards Student-oriented Education" (3) In the book "Towards Student-oriented Education", Professor Guo clearly pointed out the disadvantages of the "teacher-oriented" education system and boldly proposed that today's education should take the road of "student-oriented" education. Through reading this book, I found that:
First, the characteristics of the student-based education system:
1, which tries to not only emphasize the students' dominant position in the direction, but also explore the whole system of implementing the students' dominant position, so it is thorough.
2. It basically regards the past education as teacher-oriented, and reveals the existence and significance of student-based education on the basis of comparison, so it is more fundamental and distinctive than previous studies.
3. It puts forward the corresponding curriculum and textbook reform framework, so it has strong operability.
Second, the basic idea of student-oriented education system:
1, from values: everything is for students.
2. From an ethical point of view: highly respect students.
3. From the perspective of behavior appreciation: fully rely on students.
As Professor Guo said in his book: "Happy feelings are the emotional basis for better study in life. Happy days make people smart, make people have psychological excitement and physical activity. In excitement, he will get the highest learning efficiency and the best learning effect. " It is conceivable that when an education system can bring happiness and happiness to children, families, schools and society, what reason do we have to doubt it?
Throughout the past, the whole education process under the "teacher-based" education system only paid attention to the teacher's "wonderful" and rarely cared about the students' feelings. In the whole teaching process, teachers are both actors, protagonists and directors, while students can only be regarded as an audience at best. Students don't know what the teacher plays and how to play it. Teachers don't know what students are thinking and how they think, and the whole "teaching and learning" is seriously out of touch. Therefore, we have no reason not to change the "teacher-oriented" education system, and try to lead China's education system to conform to the educational laws as soon as possible.
Of course, the influence of the idea of "learning from others" on China people can be said to be "deeply rooted" and it is difficult to achieve it overnight. So what should we do? The author thinks:
First, adhere to the "student-oriented" concept
Adhering to the concept of "student-oriented" means "doing everything for students, highly respecting students and relying on them in an all-round way". Transfer the attention to the "wonderful" teachers to the growth and development of students; Shift the attention to teachers' ability to the improvement of students' comprehensive quality. In other words, fully trust students and give them the initiative to learn. Second, thoroughly reform the current talent selection system.
At present, the selection of talents is still based on the "test" link. Under the condition that the reform of talent selection system is not thorough, the idea of "one paper is for life" still puzzles students, parents, schools and society. The baton of "system" can be said to be the chief culprit of the current "tailor-made" education, because all parents want their children and daughters to succeed, and the premise of "success" and "success" is to learn to "test". Third, highly respect students and provide them with appropriate education.

Therefore, just like providing suitable shoes for feet, it is urgent to provide children with appropriate education. It is conceivable that when our education is suitable for students, we will see that children will forget that they are studying, forgetting that they are in class, and even forgetting themselves. At this time, people's internal motivation will naturally play a role, and children's learning enthusiasm and learning efficiency will be improved as never before. This kind of education system can be said to be "student-oriented education".
Fourth, fully trust students, fully rely on students, and teachers should be good at logistics.
Han Yu said: "Disciples don't have to be inferior to teachers, and teachers don't have to be virtuous and be disciples." Faith is the best respect. In the "student-oriented" education system, teachers are required to pay more attention to students' development, not to repeat the previous teaching mode of "one teacher and one student", to rely on students, to give power to students, to do a good job in students' logistics and to ensure students' growth. In particular, it should be pointed out that in this link, if not fully prepared, teachers may often hang on the blackboard, which is normal. This also shows that your students have "learned" and "developed", and the "student-oriented" education system has worked, and students' ability to analyze, solve, find and ask questions has improved. It embodies the success of the "student-oriented" education system.
Fifth, a correct view of the "student-oriented" educational methodology
The methodology of "student-oriented" education is: "Do before learning, learn before teaching, learn while teaching, and teach without teaching". At present, this method has been verified.
