(A) the basic protection of cultural service facilities

In 2002 1 year, according to the Guide to Planning and Construction of One Circle, at least 1 township (street) comprehensive cultural station or1village (community) comprehensive cultural service center will be built in 32 demonstration living circles.

In 2022, build or upgrade the comprehensive cultural service facilities at the grassroots level in the 15-minute living circle. 140 if there is no comprehensive cultural station or comprehensive cultural service center in the living circle, it will be newly built, and the existing comprehensive cultural station and comprehensive cultural service center will be upgraded according to the standards. Except for those that have been upgraded in 202 1, we will advance according to the goal of 30% of the total number of township (street) cultural stations and village (community) cultural centers within our jurisdiction, and give priority to the upgrading of cultural service facilities in the 15-minute living circle.

In 2023, other township (street) cultural stations and village (community) cultural centers that have not been upgraded within the jurisdiction will be fully upgraded.

Improve the quality of cultural service facilities.

In the construction of quality-oriented comprehensive cultural stations or comprehensive cultural service centers in various life circles, we should pay attention to combining local history, culture and folk customs, improve quality, highlight characteristics and strengthen efficiency in hardware construction and activities, and create a "model room" for demonstration cultural service facilities.

Integrate resources as a whole, bring cultural parks, cultural squares, cultural exhibition halls, folk museums, new public cultural spaces and other facilities into the 15-minute cultural life circle, encourage social resources to be open to the society free of charge, and enrich and improve public cultural services.
