Article 12 of the People's Police Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates the obligations of the people's police:
The people's police must do:
(a) Fair law enforcement and fair conduct;

According to the People's Police Law of the People's Republic of China, the people's police must observe the following disciplines:
First, the people's police shall not have the following acts:
