Teacher Yao defends the right of reputation. Teacher Yao Yanyan of Jiaozuo was brushed off because she participated in senior three for more than three years. Referring to her own point of view, she thought she had been treated unfairly, so she angrily published an article in Weibo exposing the "shady" job evaluation. On the afternoon of April, 2002 12, the Shanyang District People's Court made a judgment on the case that the District Education Bureau failed to perform the duties of handling teachers' complaints according to law, served a ruling and issued a judicial proposal to the District Education Bureau.
