Liupanshui Preschool Teachers College is a full-time public general college approved by Guizhou Provincial People's Government in June 20 18 and formally established in June 20 19.

The school is located in Yiduo Avenue, Yiduo Education City, Shuicheng District, Liupanshui City. It is adjacent to Liupanshui High-speed Railway East Station in the east, Liupanshui High-speed East Station in the west, and backed by a forest park. The planned area is 934 mu. The first phase of the school project has completed the teaching building, administrative center, library, training building, student activity center, wind and rain playground, canteen, student dormitory and staff dormitory, with a construction area of 95,000 square meters. The second phase of the school project is beginning.
