Candidates who have obtained 1 course and above (including 1 course) and need to transfer outside the province because of work needs or transfer needs, shall go through the transfer formalities at the prefecture-level education entrance examination institutions with their ID cards, admission tickets, course certificates or qualified transcripts = set up a pilot major in examination system reform at the provincial education examination institute.

Apply for examination transfer

Accept the application for examination paper transfer of candidates, and check whether the materials provided by candidates are complete and conform to the provisions of Article 8 of these Rules.

Check the exam information

Run the "graduation audit" system and enter the "transfer out of province" module. According to the candidate's admission ticket number, extract the examination information and carefully check the natural information of the candidate and the qualified courses and grades. If the examination information is found to be inconsistent, it should be reported to the provincial education examination institute for confirmation and modification, and then the transfer procedures should be handled (see the system help for specific operations).

Print transfer application registration form

Print the Registration Form of Transfer Application for Higher Education Self-study Examination, sign and seal it, and deliver it to the candidates as a transfer certificate.

Report transfer-out list summary table

City-level education entrance examination institutions should report to the Provincial Education Examinations Institute "Fujian Province Self-study Examination Transfer List Summary Table" before the 5th day of each quarter 1 month.
