In principle, the procedures for changing majors should be completed before the start of the new semester. Under special circumstances, it shall not be later than the official start of the new semester. After the review of freshmen is completed within three months, the Provincial Department of Education requires that colleges and universities in our province review freshmen within three months after the start of school.

Those who pass the second interview will be registered and obtained a student status. Unqualified students will be dealt with by the school according to different situations until they are disqualified.
