How to calculate the status of fresh graduates
Legal analysis: fresh graduates refer to students who are about to graduate or have graduated in the year when they should graduate. To put it simply, a student is a fresh graduate in his last year of college. There are four kinds of fresh graduates:

1. is about to graduate, but has not yet obtained a diploma, or has stopped studying and is in an internship state.

2. Get a diploma, but the time to get the diploma does not exceed the employment period (if it exceeds, it is a previous student).

3. College graduates refer to graduates who graduated this year (doctoral graduates, master graduates, ordinary fresh graduates).

4. The fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities refer to the students who graduated from full-time higher education in the same year after the unified recruitment.

Legal basis: Article 1 of Announcement 20021Examination and Employment of Civil Servants by Central Authorities and Their Directly affiliated Institutions:

(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;

(2) 18 years old and under 35 years old (born between 1984 10 and 2002 10), and the age of graduate students and doctoral students (not working) in 2002/kloc-0 can be relaxed to under 40 years old (/kloc-

Except for some special positions and professional positions, the central authorities and their directly affiliated institutions at the provincial level mainly recruit people who have been in grassroots work experience for more than 2 years. Institutions directly under the city (prefecture) level and below mainly recruit college graduates. City (prefecture) directly affiliated institutions (including those managed with reference to the Civil Service Law) set up plans 10%- 15% to recruit college student village officials who have passed the examination after the expiration of service, grassroots project personnel such as the "three supports and one support" plan, the "special post plan for school teachers in rural compulsory education stage" and the "volunteer service plan for western college students" and those who have served in the army for five years (. Institutions directly under the county (district) level and below located in hard and remote areas (including those managed by referring to the Civil Service Law), in accordance with the requirements of the Opinions on Doing a Good Job in the Examination and Admission of Grassroots Civil Servants in Hard and Remote Areas, take measures such as lowering academic qualifications, relaxing professional conditions, not limiting working years and experience, and delineating written test scores separately, appropriately lowering the threshold for entering the examination and promoting the work force to tilt to the grassroots front line and hard and remote areas.
