Wu, the former principal, was born in 1956, a high school teacher with a college education. Since August, 20001year, he has served as the principal and branch secretary of Weifang No.8 Middle School.
President Wu attended the education from 65438 to 0976. He first worked in rural junior high schools for eight years in education, teaching and management. From 1984 to 1994, he served as the vice principal and principal of Junbukou Town Central Primary School (20 schools under its jurisdiction). From 65438 to1August, 1994, he worked in Weifang No.6 Middle School and Weifang No.8 Middle School in urban middle schools.
Over the years, President Wu has been based on the reality of the school, paid attention to the construction of the leading group, fully mobilized the enthusiasm of the teaching staff, and guided the continuous success of running the school with a clear and systematic concept, which is a remarkable feature of his management and has been highly praised by the higher education authorities and teachers.
President Wu is a model worker in Weicheng District. He was rated as district-level excellent party member for three times and Weifang excellent teacher for two times. In 2004, he was awarded as an advanced individual in Weifang, an advanced individual in Shandong and an outstanding educator in Shandong, and was recommended as "the first top ten principals in Weifang". But in 2009, he retired with honor.

Han Zhiliang, the current principal, used to be the principal of Xiyuan Primary School and Yong 'an Road Primary School. In 2009, he took over Weifang No.8 Middle School.
