Luoyang Vocational College of Cultural Tourism is a public higher vocational college approved by the Ministry of Education. College was founded in May, 20021year, located in Luoyang City, Henan Province. The predecessor of the college was the integration and merger of three schools. With the approval of Luoyang Municipal Government and Municipal Education Bureau, Luoyang Kindergarten Teachers' School was declared as the main body to establish Luoyang Cultural Tourism Vocational College.

Luoyang Vocational College of Cultural Tourism is a public vocational college approved by the provincial government, put on record by the Ministry of Education and organized by Luoyang Municipal People's Government.
The college is located at No.299 Yuquan Street, Yibin District, Luoyang City. The first phase covers an area of 299.34 mu, with a total construction area of 90,269 square meters, including 8 1.662 square meters above ground and 8,607 square meters underground. It mainly includes teaching buildings, training buildings, libraries, dormitories, restaurants, stadiums and other facilities, which basically meet the current needs of running schools.
Luoyang Cultural Tourism Vocational College is jointly established by Luoyang Kindergarten Normal School, Luoyang Sports School and Luoyang Pingle Orthopedic College. With the approval of Luoyang Municipal Government and Municipal Education Bureau, Luoyang Preschool Normal School is the main body to declare its establishment to Henan Provincial Education Department. It mainly offers specialties with Luoyang characteristics, such as art education, hotel management, tourism management and art design.

In 20021year, the college offered five majors, including travel management and service, cultural creativity and planning, performing arts, ceramic design and technology, and fitness guidance and management, with an enrollment of 1000. In 2022, tourism management, tour guides, dance performances and music performances will be added.
